When does my review go live on the site?

Immediately, the 5 star rating will calculate the trainers average star rating and be accessible to all searchers on the site.

Can I edit my review?

No, but you can have your review taken off the site by emailing us at support@socialcaretrainers.com with a valid reason for doing so.

If I attend more than one course with a trainer can I post another review?

Yes, each course may offer a different insight into the trainer. As long as the Date of Course and the Course/Training Event attended are different.

How long are reviews listed on the site?

We do not remove any reviews based on the age of the review.

How is the average ‘Rate a Trainer’ rating calculated?

Taking the overall rating and dividing that figure by the number of reviews. For example and company who has 4 ‘Rate a Trainer’ reviews with the following scores: 3, 3, 5 and 1 would have an average star rating of: 3 out of 5.

Is every Trainer rated?

No, but all those that have been trained by a trainer on our site have the ability to post a review.

Why do I need to register to ‘Rate a Trainer’?

This stops fraudulent reviews and gives us the ability to test shop you. In order for the ‘Rate a Trainer’ to be a success we need this in place to protect those Trainers who have a profile on the site. We only ask for your name, company name and email address and require no other information. We will not give out your email address to any third parties or use your email address to direct mail you

How do I report a fraudulent review given to me as a Trainer?

Email us immediately at support@socialcaretrainers.com stating the reasons you believe the ‘Rate a Trainer’ to be false. We will then remove the review from the site.
