Rate a Trainer Code of Conduct
We at Socialcaretrainers.com have a zero tolerance for fake reviews!
As far as is possible we commit to do all we can to protect the Trainer reviews that may affect a Trainers rating and subsequently the tendor process undertaken by those that commission our trainers on the site.
If we find a review to be fraudulent, we will immediately remove it and re-set the trainers star rating to zero reviews. Any previous good reviews will no longer be present. This is in the case of a fake review being used to purely improve the star rating of that trainer.
If a fake review is found to purposely discredit a Trainer by giving a poor rating, again we will remove the fraudulent review but not remove the other ratings placed.
We may also post a message on our forum notifying our users that a fake review has been submitted to the said Trainer and naming the reviewer!
