We aren't directly responsible for finding trainers for your needs, rather we provide you with the means to find the trainers yourselves.
Can you train me to become a social worker/care worker etc?
Socialcaretrainers.com does not provide training, rather we provide you with the means to find trainers who can help you achieve what you're looking for.
Do I need to phone to place my listing with socialcaretrainers.com?
Not at all. Our system is fully automated and very user friendly. The registration process enables you to think about each section at your leisure so you can take your time.
Can I place a photo/logo on my listing?
Yes it's very simple. First log on to socialcaretrainers.com using the email address and password you used when you signed up. Once you've logged in click on 'My Details'. Next click on Edit Photo / Logo. If you haven't already uploaded a photo to your profile you will see a button that says 'browse'. Click on this and navigate to the file* you wish to use as your logo. Select the file by making sure it's highlighted and then clicking on 'Select'. Finally click on the 'Submit' button and your image will show and that's it.
To delete you photo/logo simply navigate to the Edit Photo / Logo page and click on the 'delete' link underneath your logo.
*files that are to be used as logos must be either JPEG (files with a .JPG extension) or GIF (files with a .GIF extension) and are limited to a file size of 25Kb. All images are sized 120pixels by 120pixels. Most computers will have image manipulation software that allows you to edit your image to meet our requirements. Please check your username and password. They are not case sensitive (entering email@email.com or EmAiL@eMaIl.CoM will get the same results). If you have forgotten your password then please send a message via our contact form.
How do I know that the trainer will be of a high quality and provide a good service?
Even a trainer with qualifications does not guarantee that you will receive an excellent service, so we recommend that when you contact a trainer you ask for details of past clients that you can contact. What is special about Socialcaretrainers.com?
We are the only website bringing together trainers and purchases. For trainers this enables you to advertise directly to purchasers for a very small cost. For purchasers finding trainers to deliver specific training can be expensive and time consuming. This makes the whole process faster, cheaper and more efficient.
How is the website funded?
As a subscription service the website is funded by our members. In addition we receive some income from advertising.
Where can I get advice on getting into training or social care?
Go to our community forum page and post your question. It will be answered by one of our members who are experts in their field.

How do I search?
Searching with socialcaretrainers.com is simple. You can search by either Company Name, Keyword or by Subject and Region. If you choose a Subject you must choose a Region as well. To search on a Company Name or Keyword simply enter it into the appropriate box and click search.
How do users find my listing?
Users of socialcaretrainers.com search based on the following criteria: Subject, Region, Keywords or Company Name. Once they have searched they can filter the results by Refined Field. All these are set when you create your listing with socialcaretrainers.com and are editable at any point by logging in and selecting My Details.
The more subjects you select along with the more places you are willing to travel to deliver training increase the chance of your listing being found.
Please note however that selecting subjects you don't actually train in or selecting regions you don't actually cover may result in your listing being permanently removed from socialcaretrainers.com.
I'm a freelance trainer / large training organisation, I don't understand what I actually get for my money?
